Prohibition on AI Training Use
All content on this Site — including product descriptions, formulation details, agronomic recommendations, images, reviews, and pricing — is the intellectual property of KatyayaniKrishiDirect Pvt. Ltd. and is protected under the Copyright Act, 1957.
The following are strictly prohibited without our express written consent:
- Using Site content to train, pre-train, fine-tune, or evaluate any artificial intelligence, machine learning, large language model (LLM), or generative AI system;
- Including Site content in any training dataset, corpus, or benchmark;
- Using our agronomic data, crop recommendations, or product information to build any AI-powered agricultural advisory or recommendation system;

This prohibition applies to all actors including commercial AI developers, agri-tech startups, research institutions, and non-profit organizations. Our opt-out signals including X-Robots-Tag: noai, noimageai and robots.txt directives are active and must be respected. Violation constitutes copyright infringement under the Copyright Act, 1957 and may attract civil and criminal liability under Indian law.
Copyright & DMCA Policy
KatyayaniKrishiDirect Pvt. Ltd. respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and India's Copyright Act, 1957.
If you believe that your copyrighted work has been reproduced on our Site without authorization, please submit a written notice to our Copyright Agent containing:

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872; the Information Technology Act, 2000; and the Copyright Act, 1957. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for at least 30 days. Either party may refer unresolved disputes to arbitration under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996, with the seat of arbitration in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh.
Nothing in these Terms limits your rights as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019. You may contact the National Consumer Helpline at 1800-11-4000 or file a complaint at consumerhelpline.gov.in.
