Katyayani COC 50 Copper Oxychloride 50% WP Contact Fungicide

Copper oxychloride 50% WP is a contact protectant fungicide and bactericide used against downy mildew in grapes, early and late blight in potato and tomato, leaf spot and canker in citrus, and black rot and rust in coffee.

Copper oxychloride cannot be made at home — it is manufactured under a CIB&RC licence. To prepare the spray, make a slurry of the powder in a little water first, then add it to a part-filled tank and top up while agitating.

Avoid copper in cool, wet, slow-drying weather, when tank water or partners are acidic, on very young seedlings before the four-leaf stage, and when repeated sprays have built up on foliage with no rain in between. All four raise leaf-burn risk.
